Reshma is the Founder and Director of RAE Law Ltd and a consultant Family solicitor.
She brings a straight forward approach with commitment, energy and strong technical expertise to her clients and is a highly experienced family law specialist with over two decades of practice.
Since qualifying in 2004, she has dedicated her entire career to this sensitive and deeply personal area of law.
Before starting RAE Law Ltd, Reshma was a Partner at two Legal 500 London City firms, where she led and developed successful family law teams.
She also previously served as Managing Partner of a leading regional law firm, establishing and growing multiple family departments throughout her career.
Reshma is passionate about empowering her clients to navigate family transitions with dignity and clarity. She regularly advises on divorce and separation, complex financial claims, international family law in cross-jurisdictions matters, children issues, cohabitation disputes as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
She works with both domestic and international clients for the full spectrum of family law matters. Her clients are typically within commerce, finance and other sectors; often in the public eye. Discretion is part of core value.
They range from ultra-high-net-worth individuals with complex international elements to families seeking pragmatic guidance through challenging times.
